Floral Fabrications started from humble beginnings and has been steadily growing our product range and worldwide client base. We design and manufacture bespoke structures and products, primarily for the wedding and events industries.
Sustainable floral techniques are at the forefront of our design process and are the inspiration behind many of our existing products.
Floral Fabrications is home to The Original FoamFree Modular Arch; an innovative and highly versatile arch system, designed specifically for large scale foam free arch arrangements.
We constantly strive to develop new and original designs. All of our products are proudly designed, developed and manufactured in the UK.

The Team
Nathan Shaw, started his career graduating in 2003 with an engineering degree in Product Design and Manufacture from Loughborough University. After 10 years working in a range of engineering disciplines he took the plunge and started his first business in 2013, designing and manufacturing LED lighting for the classic car industry.
A keen enthusiast of classic cars, Nathan taught himself to weld after buying a very rusty 1968 Mustang. After years self learning how to restore classic cars he progressed into creative metalwork, including some sculptural work and custom bicycle frames.
Floral Fabrications was born after a chance conversation with a florist in 2018. Nathan was asked if he could fabricate a few items for an upcoming wedding. Nathan saw a potential gap in the market and started to advertise his services. Floral Fabrications was born, and has been steadily growing ever since.
Toby’s main role is to meet and greet visitors to the workshop. His main skills include the art of distraction and making treats disappear.

All of our products are designed to create minimal material wastage. Any waste steel is fully recycled.
Where possible we support local suppliers and the majority of the raw materials used in all our structures are purchased from British sources.
